What I handle

Setup and breakdown
Tables, chairs, linens, décor and equipment, placed to your floor plan and packed back out at the end of the night.
Catering support
Station setup, food runs, bussing and breakdown so your culinary team can stay on the line.
Load-in and load-out
An extra set of hands for rental, production and lighting crews moving gear on and off the truck.
Last-minute runs
Forgotten linens, extra chairs, a missing case of cable. I pick it up and get it to the venue.
Not offered: tents, staging or inflatables.

Posted up front, so you can say yes on the phone.

Bartending at the standard rate: $300 for the first 4 hours, $65 each hour after. Client provides the alcohol and any required liquor license.

Based in the Phoenix metro. Travel is included anywhere in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.*
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and Surprise. Statewide jobs are welcome; see travel rates.
*Maricopa County outskirts may require a $75 travel fee.
